This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which products purchased from Painless Motion Ltd may be returned and refunded. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions set out below.

This policy applies to the following product:
Mini Loop Resistance Band Set (set of 5, including carry pouch and plastic-sealed packaging).

3. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

Resistance bands must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition

Plastic hygiene seal must remain intact

All items must be returned, including bands, pouch, packaging, and any inserts
​
For hygiene and safety reasons, once the plastic packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items
​
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange either:

A replacement, or

A full refund (including return postage if applicable)

5. How to Request a Refund

Clear photos if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Please do not return items without written confirmation from us, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

6. Returning the Item

If your return request is approved:

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is confirmed faulty

Items must be returned using a tracked delivery service

Packaging must be secure to prevent damage during transit

We recommend taking photographs of the item before sending it back.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 working days for processing

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered where a product arrives faulty or incorrect. In all other cases, customers should follow the return process and place a new order.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Items delivered more than 30 days ago unless confirmed faulty
