Dry Cupping

Before the treatment:

- Avoid eating large meals 

- Avoid using lotions or oils

After the treatment:

- Hydrate yourself  (I will provide a glass of water with a bit of celtic salt).

- Don't shower immediately

- Avoid alcohol

- Slowly ease into exercising intensity
